1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of https://AstroSutraaVedicAcademy.com, the learning management system, mobile or web pages, online courses, live sessions, recorded sessions, digital content, learning material, consultations, webinars, workshops, certificates, assessments, and all related services offered under the brand name "AstroSutraa Vedic Academy" (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

The Platform is owned and operated by Gurusutraa Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "our" or "us"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, purchasing a course, attending a session, downloading content, interacting with experts, or using any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, and any course-specific rules displayed on the Platform.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform or purchase any Service.

2. Nature of Services

AstroSutraa Vedic Academy is an online education and learning platform that may offer courses, workshops, programs, live classes, recorded modules, learning material, assignments, assessments, certificates, and related digital services in areas such as Vedic Astrology, Numerology, Tarot, Palmistry, Vastu, spiritual sciences, and allied disciplines.

The Services are provided for educational, spiritual, cultural, self-learning, and skill-development purposes only. The content is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, tax, psychological, investment, career, relationship, or other regulated professional advice.

Astrology, numerology, tarot and related disciplines are interpretive and belief-based sciences. Outcomes, interpretations, predictions, remedies, guidance, or opinions may vary from person to person and from expert to expert. We do not guarantee any specific result, success, income, professional outcome, personal outcome, spiritual outcome, or accuracy of any prediction, interpretation, or guidance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, purchase a course, or use paid Services on your own behalf.
If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Platform only with the knowledge, consent, and supervision of a parent or lawful guardian.
By using the Platform, you confirm that the information provided by you is true, current, complete, and not misleading.
We reserve the right to refuse access, suspend accounts, cancel orders, or restrict Services if we believe that a user is ineligible, has provided incorrect information, or has violated these Terms.

4. Account Registration and Security

Certain Services may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, registered mobile number, email address, one-time passwords, payment credentials, and account activity.
You must not share your account access with any other person unless expressly permitted in writing by the Company.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.
You must promptly notify us at the support email if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse, or breach of your account.
We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to secure your account, device, email, mobile number, payment instrument, or internet connection.

5. Course Enrolment, Access and Usage

After successful payment confirmation, course access will be provided as per the applicable course details, schedule, and the Shipping and Delivery Policy. Course access may be time-bound, batch-based, subscription-based, limited to a defined period, or lifetime only if expressly mentioned on the course page or invoice.

Course content may include recorded videos, live classes, PDFs, notes, assignments, quizzes, tests, community access, certificates, or mentor interactions depending on the course purchased.

The Company may update, modify, restructure, reschedule, replace, remove, or improve course modules, experts, learning material, live session timings, or platform features without prior notice, provided the essential learning objective of the course is not materially reduced.

Live sessions may be rescheduled due to expert availability, technical reasons, force majeure events, business needs, or other operational reasons. In such cases, we may provide a revised schedule, recording, alternate session, or equivalent learning access at our discretion.

Certificates, if offered, may be subject to attendance, completion, assessment, conduct, identity verification, payment status, and other course-specific requirements.

Course completion or certification does not guarantee employment, income, professional license, client acquisition, business success, social recognition, spiritual result, or any other specific outcome.

6. Expert-Led Content and Third-Party Contributors

Courses and sessions may be delivered by internal faculty, independent experts, guest trainers, practitioners, consultants, or third-party content contributors (collectively, "Experts"). Experts may express views based on their knowledge, experience, tradition, practice, research, or interpretation.

The Company makes reasonable efforts to associate with experienced and suitable Experts, but does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, suitability, or outcome of any Expert opinion, guidance, prediction, remedy, method, chart reading, tarot spread, numerology analysis, or teaching style.

Expert opinions are personal to the Expert and do not necessarily represent the official position of the Company, its promoters, owners, directors, employees, partners, or affiliates.

Users must use their own judgement before applying any guidance or learning in personal, professional, health, financial, legal, relationship, or business matters.

The Company, its promoters, owners, directors, employees, Experts, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any decision, action, loss, emotional distress, expectation, financial loss, relationship consequence, health outcome, legal issue, or business consequence arising from reliance on course content or Expert guidance.

7. Payments, Taxes and Payment Processing

All prices, fees, taxes, discounts, validity periods, subscription terms, and payment options will be displayed on the Platform or communicated through authorised channels. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice, but price changes will not normally affect an already confirmed order unless there is an obvious pricing error, payment failure, fraud concern, or technical issue.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors, banks, card networks, UPI providers, wallets, net banking providers, or other authorised payment systems.

We do not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking passwords, or other sensitive payment authentication details on our servers. Payment processing is handled by authorised payment service providers subject to their own terms and security standards.

You authorise us and our payment service providers to process, validate, confirm, settle, refund, reverse, or verify transactions related to your purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring that the payment instrument used by you is lawful, valid, and authorised.

Taxes, payment gateway charges, bank charges, currency conversion charges, convenience fees, and other applicable deductions may be charged as per law and payment rules.

In case of suspected fraud, chargeback, unauthorized transaction, payment dispute, misuse, or violation of these Terms, we may suspend access, withhold delivery, cancel enrolment, recover amounts, or cooperate with banks, payment processors, law enforcement, and regulatory authorities.

8. Promotions, Discounts and Advertising

We may use third-party advertising platforms, search engines, social media platforms, affiliate channels, influencers, remarketing tools, and campaign partners including platforms such as social media, search, display, messaging, video, or app-based advertising networks. Offers, discounts, coupon codes, bonuses, free sessions, early-bird pricing, and promotional content may be subject to additional conditions, expiry, seat limits, eligibility criteria, and change without prior notice.

Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.
A discount or offer available at one time does not entitle a user to a retrospective refund, price adjustment, or credit for a previous purchase.
Advertisements may contain summarised information. The detailed course page, payment page, invoice, and these Terms will prevail in case of conflict.
We are not responsible for errors, delays, targeting, approvals, rejections, or representations made by third-party advertising platforms.

9. Communication Consent

By submitting your contact details, creating an account, making an enquiry, downloading material, registering for a webinar, purchasing a course, or interacting with the Platform, you consent to receive transactional, service-related, educational, promotional, and support communications from us and our authorised service providers.

Communication channels may include WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, phone calls, email, in-app notifications, web push, social media messages, and other digital channels. You may opt out of promotional communications where an opt-out option is provided; however, transactional and service-related communications may continue as necessary for account, payment, access, security, support, legal, or operational purposes.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

copy, record, download, reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, broadcast, screenshot, screen-record, share, transmit, or commercially exploit any course content without written permission;
share login credentials, course links, meeting links, recordings, PDFs, notes, or learning material with unauthorised persons;
misrepresent identity, impersonate another person, use fake details, or provide false birth details, payment information, or account information;
harass, abuse, threaten, defame, insult, exploit, or disturb Experts, other students, support staff, or Company representatives;
upload malware, spam, unlawful content, offensive content, or any material that violates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;
attempt to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, interfere with platform security, or misuse the Platform;
use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, misleading, obscene, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, harmful, or unethical purposes.

Violation of this section may result in account suspension, termination of access without refund, legal action, reporting to authorities, and recovery of damages.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including course videos, live recordings, PDFs, handouts, notes, charts, diagrams, text, graphics, logos, designs, layouts, trademarks, brand names, LMS structure, teaching methods, assessments, templates, software elements, marketing material, and website content are owned by or licensed to Gurusutraa Solutions Pvt. Ltd., AstroSutraa Vedic Academy, the relevant Experts, or licensors.

Your purchase grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access the purchased course for your own learning, subject to these Terms.

No ownership rights are transferred to you through purchase, enrolment, attendance, download, or access.

Unauthorised copying, recording, sharing, public display, resale, commercial teaching, or derivative use of our content is strictly prohibited.

We may use legal and technological measures to protect our content and prevent piracy, misuse, or unauthorised distribution.

12. User Content, Reviews and Testimonials

You may submit reviews, testimonials, questions, comments, assignments, feedback, images, videos, birth details, charts, messages, or other content. By submitting such content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, edit, translate, anonymise, publish, and promote such content for platform operation, service delivery, training quality, marketing, testimonials, research, support, and improvement, subject to our Privacy Policy.

We may moderate, remove, edit, reject, or restrict content that is offensive, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, confidential, abusive, irrelevant, promotional, spam-like, or otherwise unsuitable. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions required to submit content.

13. Disclaimers

The Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, delay-free, or always available access to the Platform.
We do not guarantee that any course, Expert, remedy, interpretation, or learning will meet every user expectation.
Astrology, tarot, numerology and similar subjects involve interpretation, intuition, tradition, and subjective analysis; results and opinions may vary.
No content should be treated as emergency advice, medical diagnosis, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, or professional consultation in a regulated field.
Users should consult qualified professionals before making important decisions affecting health, law, finance, tax, business, career, relationships, property, or safety.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its promoters, owners, directors, officers, employees, Experts, consultants, affiliates, partners, licensors, service providers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, emotional, spiritual, reputational, data, business, revenue, profit, opportunity, relationship, health, legal, financial, or personal loss arising from or related to the Platform, Services, course content, Expert guidance, payment processing, third-party platforms, communication channels, or user decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a paid Service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to the Company for the specific disputed Service during the three months immediately preceding the claim, excluding taxes, third-party charges, payment gateway fees, bank charges, discounts, credits, or previously refunded amounts.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its promoters, owners, directors, employees, Experts, affiliates, partners, service providers, and agents from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, penalties, legal fees, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, misuse of content, unauthorised sharing, unlawful activity, breach of third-party rights, payment dispute, chargeback, false information, or reliance placed by you or others on course content or Expert guidance.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate account access, course access, community access, live session participation, certificate issuance, or support without refund if we believe that a user has violated these Terms, misused content, created risk, engaged in fraud, abused staff or Experts, initiated improper chargebacks, shared credentials, infringed intellectual property, or acted unlawfully.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may rely on or link to third-party services such as learning management systems, hosting providers, payment processors, communication tools, analytics tools, advertising platforms, video conferencing tools, content delivery networks, social media platforms, email/SMS/WhatsApp/RCS providers, and other technology partners. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party downtime, errors, data practices, payment failures, delays, policy changes, account restrictions, or service limitations.

18. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delay, failure, interruption, suspension, or inability to provide Services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet failure, platform downtime, cyber incidents, power failure, strikes, epidemic, pandemic, government orders, regulatory changes, payment network failures, third-party service disruptions, expert unavailability due to emergency, war, civil unrest, or other force majeure events.

19. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Platform. The updated Terms will apply from the date of posting unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts having jurisdiction over New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms, the Platform, or the Services.
