We do not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, banking passwords, or sensitive payment authentication details.
- Course and learning information: purchased courses, modules accessed, assignments, quiz responses, completion status, live class attendance, webinar participation, comments, feedback, reviews, and certificates.
- Astrology and spiritual learning information: information voluntarily submitted by you for learning, chart preparation, examples, assignments, discussions, or Expert interaction, such as date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, gender where provided, questions, preferences, or spiritual interests.
- Communication information: messages sent via email, WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, forms, phone, chat, social media, helpdesk, communities, or other channels.

We do not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking passwords, or sensitive payment authentication credentials. You should never share payment passwords, OTPs, card CVV, UPI PIN, or banking credentials with us, our Experts, or any person claiming to represent us.

Transactional and service messages may include payment confirmation, invoice, course access, live session reminders, schedule changes, support updates, security alerts, and policy updates.
Promotional messages may include course offers, webinars, discounts, new programs, expert sessions, reminders, retargeting, and brand updates.

- technology providers such as hosting services, LMS providers, email/SMS/WhatsApp/RCS providers, CRM tools, webinar tools, analytics platforms, cloud providers, database providers, and customer support tools;
